JBW does not currently offer a public file-upload portal. Do not transmit a full case file through ordinary email or this website. After intake and scope review, JBW provides document-submission instructions appropriate to the approved project.
Prepare, don’t send yet
Gather the records that may be relevant.
For an approved request, JBW may ask for selected records—not every document you possess. Keep originals, label files clearly, and follow the document instructions supplied after scope confirmation.

- Transcripts
- BOP records and remedy materials
- Docket materials and prior filings

No files can be selected, uploaded, stored, or transmitted on this page. Because there is no active secure submission destination or authorized JBW access path, JBW does not claim this page accepts any file type or delivers documents.
After an approved scope, JBW will provide project-specific instructions identifying any permitted file types, the secure destination, and confirmation process. For document-submission questions, contact documents@justicebeyondwalls.com; do not email case files, records, or sensitive materials unless JBW has expressly provided an approved method.
Share only what you are authorized to share.
Do not send materials belonging to another person unless you have authority to do so. JBW may decline material that is outside an approved scope.
Deadlines remain your responsibility.
Document transmission does not extend or protect any court, BOP, or other deadline. Seek immediate guidance from a licensed attorney for urgent legal advice or filing deadlines.
